Users and workspace operators are responsible for accurate account information and lawful platform use.

No unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized access to data, accounts, or systems is permitted.

Paid Shiftor plans may be billed through subscription workflows defined for the relevant workspace.

Cancellation, refunds, and billing support may depend on the active commercial plan and payment setup.

Stripe may be used for payment processing where subscription billing is enabled.

Shiftor may be updated, limited, or suspended for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product changes.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.
