Account deletion
Delete your account directly in the app
Goi Labs products that support user accounts should provide a clear in-app deletion flow. For Nutrixa, signed-in users can delete their account from the Account area inside the app. This page is the fallback help route if you cannot reach that in-app flow.

1. Open Nutrixa and sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Go to Account.
3. Open Delete account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion in the app.
5. If you cannot sign in or the app flow is unavailable, email support@goilabs.com with the subject line Nutrixa deletion help request and include the account email address.
What gets deleted
Nutrixa account data, meal history, saved profile information, and related stored meal images should be removed as part of the account deletion workflow, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.
App Store or Google Play subscription records are managed by the relevant store provider and may remain in your store account history even after the app account is deleted.
