Delete your account directly in the app
Goi Labs products that support user accounts should provide a clear in-app deletion flow. This page is the fallback help route if you cannot reach that in-app flow.

1. Open the relevant Goi Labs app and sign in to the account you want to remove.
2. Go to Account and look for Delete account or account support options.
3. If the in-app flow is unavailable, email support@goilabs.com and include the product name plus the account email address.
What gets deleted
Product account data should be removed as part of the account deletion workflow, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
App Store or Google Play subscription records are managed by the relevant store provider and may remain in your store account history even after the app account is deleted.
