Data collected
Account and identity information such as name, email address, account identifiers, and authentication-related records needed to create and secure an account.
Profile and health-related information such as age, sex, height, weight, target weight, activity level, goal settings, and nutrition targets.
Meal and user content such as meal photos, uploaded images, scan results, saved meals, meal titles, meal summaries, nutrition details, meal history, and progress summaries.
Subscription and purchase information such as subscription status, entitlement status, plan details, RevenueCat customer identifiers, and purchase or subscription history associated with premium access.
Usage and diagnostics information such as product interaction events, crash data, and limited technical information used for analytics, troubleshooting, and service reliability.
How data is used
To create, authenticate, secure, and maintain Nutrixa accounts.
To upload meal photos, process meal images, and generate AI-based nutrition estimates and scan results.
To power meal history, dashboard, progress tracking, free-plan scan limits, and subscription restoration and entitlement flows.
To monitor app reliability, investigate bugs, improve product quality, and respond to support, privacy, and account-related requests.
To comply with legal obligations and protect the security, rights, and integrity of the service.
How data may be shared
Supabase may process authentication, database, storage, and backend workflow data used to operate the app.
OpenAI may receive the meal photo you take or upload, together with related scan context and the prompt needed to analyze the meal, when meal scan analysis is used.
Before the first AI scan, the app presents a just-in-time consent prompt that explains this sharing and requires the user's permission before a meal photo is sent for AI analysis.
RevenueCat and the relevant app-store billing providers may process subscription status, entitlement information, and purchase events.
Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics may receive usage, device, and crash information where those services are configured.
Goi Labs does not describe Nutrixa as selling personal data or operating a data brokerage service.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, legal process, government request, or to protect users, Goi Labs, or the public.
Retention and deletion
Account, nutrition profile, meal history, stored meal photos, and related app records are retained while the account remains active unless a shorter retention period applies.
Unsaved meal images that are discarded are intended to be removed as part of the discard flow.
Deletion requests should remove Nutrixa account data except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
Store subscription transactions and purchase history may remain available through Apple App Store or Google Play after in-app account deletion under the store provider's own policies.
User choices
Users can review and edit saved meal records inside the app and can discard a meal scan before saving it.
Premium subscriptions are managed through the relevant Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Users can request or initiate account deletion through available in-app tools or through Goi Labs support if help is needed.
Privacy questions and deletion requests should identify Nutrixa clearly and include the relevant account email address where possible.
