This privacy notice applies specifically to Nexum AI, an all-in-one AI assistant developed by Goi Labs. It explains what information Nexum AI may collect, how it is used, when it may be shared, how long it is retained, and what choices users have.
Product-specific scope
Nexum AI uses this Goi Labs page as its public privacy policy reference. Privacy requests should identify the product clearly so operational, billing, account, and deletion context can be handled correctly.

Data collected
Account and identity information such as email address, authentication records, and product-linked account identifiers where sign-in is enabled.
User content such as chat requests, uploaded PDFs or images, extracted document text, selected calendar or event details, saved notes, tasks, reminders, daily plans, saved context, and preference or memory records created inside the product.
Support and privacy request content such as messages sent to Goi Labs about Nexum AI, including the account email, issue details, and any screenshots or files the user chooses to provide.
Notification, calendar, microphone, and speech-recognition permission states, plus locally scheduled reminder metadata needed for product functionality.
Limited usage, analytics, technical, and diagnostic information needed to operate the app, secure accounts, understand core product flows, and troubleshoot service reliability.
How data is used
To power chat, action routing, calendar-aware planning flows, reminders, notes, saved context, and other assistant features inside Nexum AI.
To analyze files or images that users choose to upload and turn relevant content into reviewable suggestions.
To authenticate users, maintain sessions, sync selected calendar context where enabled, and sync product data across supported devices where account functionality is enabled.
To deliver reminder notifications, process user prompts, and improve reliability, support handling, and product quality.
To comply with legal obligations and protect users, Goi Labs, and the service from misuse or security issues.
How data may be shared
Supabase may process authentication, database, and backend workflow data used to operate Nexum AI.
OpenAI or equivalent AI service providers may process prompts, uploaded file or image content, extracted text, and structured assistant requests when AI features are used.
Apple or Google platform services may process store, notification, billing, calendar account, or device-level service data where those platform features are involved.
Goi Labs does not describe Nexum AI as selling personal data, operating a data brokerage service, or sharing personal data for third-party advertising.
Retention and deletion
Account and saved product data may be retained while the account remains active unless deletion is requested or a shorter retention period applies.
Locally created reminders, notes, and assistant data may remain on the device and, where applicable, in product storage until removed by the user or deleted as part of account deletion.
Signed-in users can initiate account deletion from the Account area inside Nexum AI. Account deletion is intended to remove the account record and associated personal data, including synced app data and stored uploaded originals where applicable, except where limited retention is required by law or for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
Deletion and privacy requests should clearly identify Nexum AI and include the relevant account email address if available.
User choices
Users can manage tasks, reminders, notes, saved context, and selected calendar sources inside the app.
Users can control notification, microphone, and speech-recognition permissions through device settings.
Privacy, support, and deletion requests can be submitted through Goi Labs support with Nexum AI named clearly in the request.
Tracking and advertising
Nexum AI is not described as using collected data for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking.
Nexum AI is not described as using collected data for third-party advertising, data brokerage, or sale of personal data.
If advertising, tracking, or materially different analytics are introduced later, the public privacy notice and App Store privacy details should be updated before release.
Children, high-risk use, and updates
Nexum AI is not intended for children where verified parental consent would be required under applicable law unless such consent has been properly obtained.
Nexum AI does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or emergency advice. Users should review AI outputs before relying on them for important decisions.
This privacy notice may be updated from time to time. The public notice, in-app disclosures, and App Store privacy details should stay aligned with actual product behavior.
