Workspace access and your schedule

Shiftor Employee is for staff with authorized access to a company workspace. If linking is pending or your schedule is missing, ask your workspace administrator to check your company-linking request and assigned shifts. Include the workspace name when contacting support.

QR attendance or hours look wrong

Tell your workspace administrator which shift or attendance record is affected. Include the date, local time and time zone, expected hours and any error shown. For an app error, send the same context to Goi Labs support so the technical issue can be investigated.
