Product: Nexum: AI Task Planner
Signed-in Nexum: AI Task Planner users can delete their account directly from the Account area inside the app. This page is the public fallback help route if you cannot sign in, cannot reach the app flow, or need help completing deletion.
This deletion help page should be read together with the Nexum: AI Task Planner privacy notice.

- 1Open Nexum: AI Task Planner and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- 2Go to Account.
- 3Open Delete account or account deletion help.
- 4Review the warning and confirm deletion in the app.
- 5If you cannot sign in or the app flow is unavailable, email support@goilabs.com with the subject line Nexum: AI Task Planner deletion help request and include the account email address.
What gets deleted
Nexum: AI Task Planner account data, saved tasks, reminders, notes, daily plans, uploaded source records, extracted content, saved context, selected calendar sync data, and related app records should be removed as part of the account deletion workflow, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal compliance.
App Store or Google Play subscription records are managed by the relevant store provider and may remain in your store account history even after the app account is deleted.
