Delete your account directly in the app

Signed-in ReelPilot: AI Video Generator users can delete their account directly from Profile. Contact Goi Labs support if you cannot sign in or complete the in-app flow.

- 1Open ReelPilot: AI Video Generator and sign in to the account you want to remove.
- 2Go to Profile.
- 3Select Delete account.
- 4Review the confirmation and select Delete permanently.
- 5Manage any active store subscription separately, as explained in the app confirmation.
- 6If you cannot sign in or the app flow is unavailable, email support@goilabs.com with the subject line ReelPilot: AI Video Generator deletion help request and include the account email address.
What gets deleted
ReelPilot: AI Video Generator account data, creator profile details, Brand Kit memory, projects, generated hooks, scripts, captions, voiceovers, export records, usage events, credit records, and related app records should be removed as part of the account deletion workflow, except where limited retention is required for security, fraud prevention, billing records, tax, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, or service protection.
App Store or Google Play subscription records are managed by the relevant store provider and may remain in your store account history even after the app account is deleted.
