Features may evolve over time and some capabilities may rely on third-party AI, storage, rendering, subscription, or infrastructure services.

Generated outputs are suggestions and may require review, editing, disclosure, rights clearance, or compliance checks before public use.

Users are responsible for their account credentials, project content, prompts, brand profile information, generated assets they choose to save, and content they publish outside the app.

Users must not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or unsafe content, or use ReelPilot AI to create misleading, harmful, or non-compliant advertising.

Users must not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, attempt unauthorized access, or overload generation and rendering systems.

AI-generated hooks, scripts, captions, voiceovers, render plans, videos, thumbnails, and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a specific publishing context.

Users remain responsible for reviewing claims, offers, testimonials, real-estate statements, disclosures, music, likenesses, brand assets, and platform policy requirements before publishing.

Video rendering and voiceover features may depend on asynchronous third-party services and may occasionally fail, time out, or require regeneration.

ReelPilot AI may use credits to meter paid generation, voiceover, caption, and video export actions.

Paid plans may be offered through Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases and subscriptions where enabled in the submitted app version.

Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and family-sharing behavior is handled by the relevant store provider according to that provider's terms and account settings.

Goi Labs may use RevenueCat or similar infrastructure to verify entitlement status, restore purchases, synchronize plans, and manage access to paid features.
