Nutrixa terms
These terms apply specifically to Nutrixa as a wellness and nutrition-tracking application, including account creation, meal analysis features, and store-managed subscriptions.
Using Nutrixa
Nutrixa is intended for wellness, meal logging, and nutrition tracking use cases.
It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on nutrition estimates.
Accounts and user content
Users are responsible for their account credentials and account security.
Meal photos and saved entries must be content the user is entitled to upload.
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, or attempt to access other users' data.
Subscriptions and billing
Premium billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store before renewal.
Refunds, cancellation handling, and purchase restoration follow the store provider's rules and systems.
AI analysis and availability
Meal analysis may depend on third-party services and may occasionally be delayed, unavailable, or imperfect.
Features, pricing, and product scope may change as Nutrixa evolves.
Parts of the service may be updated, limited, or suspended for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
Termination and support
Users may stop using Nutrixa at any time and may request account deletion.
Nutrixa may restrict access where misuse, legal requirements, or service protection concerns apply.
Legal, billing, and account questions should be routed through Goi Labs support with Nutrixa identified in the request.
Product-specific terms may apply
Nutrixa now has product-specific terms on Goi Labs, and those public terms should stay aligned with the actual app behavior, plan rules, and operational workflows for that product.
