Nexum AI terms
These terms apply specifically to Nexum AI as an AI assistant product that helps users chat, plan, create reminders, save context, and organize daily workflows.
Service scope
Nexum AI provides assistant, planning, calendar-aware scheduling context, reminder, note, and context-management features.
Features may evolve over time and some capabilities may rely on third-party AI or infrastructure services.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users are responsible for lawful use of Nexum AI and for content they submit through prompts, notes, reminders, or saved context.
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with security controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
AI output and reliability
AI-generated responses, plans, and suggestions may be incomplete, imperfect, delayed, or unavailable.
Users remain responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them in personal, financial, legal, medical, or operational decisions.
Nexum AI is not intended for emergency use or as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Nexum AI features may be offered through Apple App Store in-app purchases or subscriptions where enabled in the submitted app version.
Subscription purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and family-sharing behavior is handled by Apple according to the App Store terms and the settings available in the user's Apple account.
Goi Labs may use RevenueCat or similar infrastructure to verify entitlement status, restore purchases, and manage access to paid features.
Availability and support
Nexum AI may be updated, limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, product changes, legal compliance, or security reasons.
Support, privacy, and product questions should be directed through Goi Labs with Nexum AI clearly identified in the request.
Product-specific terms may apply
Nexum AI now has product-specific terms on Goi Labs, and those public terms should stay aligned with the actual app behavior, plan rules, and operational workflows for that product.
